Main Mechanisms of Investment Cooperation of Azerbaijan With the Asian Development Bank

Abstract

The aim of the article is to identify the main mechanisms of investment cooperation between the Asian Development Bank and Azerbaijan. The purpose of the article is to identify existing problems in the investment sphere, deficiencies in the legislation, prospects for cooperation on investment deposits and the rights of foreign investors. The author revealed that since 1999, the cooperation of the Asian Development Bank with Azerbaijan has been in the strategic interests of Azerbaijan.
