Abstract

In view of the complex and harsh scenario in the deep sea, a numerical model of a coupled aquaculture ship and cage mooring system is established based on the three dimensional potential flow theory and the lumped mass method. The dynamic response of three mooring systems under the combination of wind, current and waves is simulated, and the tension in each mooring line, the motion of the ship and the cage are obtained. The results show that when the cage is moored to the stern, the mooring system has better weathervane effect, and the interaction between the ship and the cage is more significant. And the maximum tension in each mooring line is lower than the minimum breaking load.
深海养殖船-笼系泊耦合系统动力学分析
