If in a country there is no law then the country will experience various problems that will arise. For a rule of law state there is a source of law which in essence is a source of law where we can find and explore the law. It cannot be denied that justice is a basic value of human life or society which is still a classic problem that has never been completely resolved. There is no suitability in translating justice itself so it is necessary to discuss this matter. The purpose of this research is to know the essence of justice in the perspective of legal philosophy. The research method used is normative juridical. The research data was collected by collecting materials related to this research such as books, articles, journals, expert writings, court decisions, and all laws and regulations related to this research. The results obtained are, 1) Justice According to Experts Justice is an important concept in human life. The issue of justice is not only an area of legal study, but also this problem can be studied from various social sciences and humanities disciplines. 2) Justice in legal philosophy is the main foundation that must be realized through existing laws.
