A estratégia hegemônica de enfrentamento da pobreza no Brasil redemocratizado

Abstract

This article addresses social formation Brazil after 1988 Federal Constitution, in particular two governments Fernando Henrique Cardoso, the Brazilian Social Democracy Party (PSDB), and first government Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, the Workers’ Party (PT), to analyze hegemonic strategy coping poverty 1990s and 2000s in country. This path point to national alignment process internationalization fight poverty, promotes naturalization and management barbarism, since it deals the acceptance poverty condition and understanding relations originate.
