Abstract

The SPICE2 SCR MODEL by C. Hu and W. Ki is modified to better simulate the SCR turn-off transient while maintaining the practicality of using only data sheet specifications to determine model parameters. The modified SCR model is used to do SPICE2 simulation of AC RESONANT Charging Circuits for pulse power applications.
