The article examines the peculiarities of the development of the regional labor market in the crisis con-ditions of recent years, reveals the nature of economic sanctions; identifies priorities for ensuring sustainable development of the regional economy and social stability; defines the sectoral structure of large business of the subjects of the NWFD and its role in the formation of the regional labor market; reveals the impact of crises on the main indicators of employment of the population of the regions
