IN DEFENCE OF CONTEMPORARY METHODOLOGY OF SCIENCE

Abstract

The article demonstrates that contemporary philosophers underestimate value of methodology of science. So on base of analysis of requests of applications of statistical methods I formulate such hypothesis. An acceptance of concept of holism is based on impossibility of verification of conditions of using of methods as part of scientific theories, but not on profound ideas. Because of, contrary to Popper on base of method of test procedure of statisti-cal hypothesis I show that falsification and verification are not absolutely different operations.
