Leisure and tourism services are highly perishable. It not possible to keep stocks of unsold hotel rooms, aircraft. There is clearly a need for forecasting of demand for leisure and tourism goods and services. The COVID-19 pandemic has taken a significant toll on communities across the word and has had a devastating effect on Travel and Tourism.
