Total number of studies collected was 29, excluding those repeatedly appeared and less relevant. The research methods are to compare the length and size of the data in each study with the relevant researches overseas, to rank frequently used research methods, to categorize Korean senior rhythmic exercise programs, and to analyze the effects of the programs by length of the program.
