According to the latest data of the traffic police, the statistics of road accidents every year decreases, but is still above 100 thousand. Therefore, there is a need to minimize the risk of accidents. The paper presents a system that is a model of control of the car using the capabilities of artificial intelligence and available technologies of the modern. The artificial intelligence receiving information from outside through devices tracks the state of the vehicle and passengers, based on the obtained data it makes decisions based on the established methods and algorithms. Also proposed are new modes of travel in conditions of poor and limited visibility and a mode for the transfer of the vehicle in temporary use to another person.
