Abstract

Innovation is the first driving force for realizing development, and we must always adhere to the strategy of innovation-driven development. The party has proposed to accelerate the pace of building an innovative country in the report of the 19th National Congress, where technology innovation has gradually become an important factor in obtaining competitive advantage between regions.
