Abstract
For overcoming the problems that the traditional collaborative filtering personalized recommender algorithm which called KNN has such as cold-starting, data sparsity, flexibility and black box, a new personalized recommender algorithm based on fuzzy reputation model(called FRPRA) is proposed.
