Systematic Study of Load Balancing in Fog Computing in IOT Healthcare system

Abstract

The role of technology is important in our daily lives in many areas, the most important of which is the health systems in hospitals, where technology has considerably contributed to reducing material and human wastes within the use of the Internet of Things with the technology load balancing of cloud nodes by transferring and saving the data generated from the sensors on the edges of the nodes. The data is encrypted using a light encryption algorithm and then transmitted to other servers, and this way helped make the health system more secure, increases the servers’ response speed, and reduces energy consumption, which saves time and reduces losses. This study included a complete and detailed survey of dozens of research papers published in international journals, and they are illustrated as follows:Firstly: 1,200 research articles in this field were studied and reviewed, and we selected approximately 30 related to the actual obstacles facing the system.Secondly: A study and survey of 500 scientific articles regarding the use of load balancing within the healthcare system took a sample from it, and ten articles were extracted that summarized as it comes from preceding studies and problems.
