ДЕРЖАВНА ПОЛІТИКА УКРАЇНИ ЩОДО СОЦІАЛЬНОГО ЗАХИСТУ ВІЙСЬКОВОСЛУЖБОВЦІВ ЗБРОЙНИХ СИЛ УКРАЇНИ ТА ЧЛЕНІВ ЇХ СІМЕЙ У 1991– 2014 РОКАХ: ІСТОРІОГРАФІЯ

Abstract

The scientific works, which covered the state policy of Ukraine on social pro- tection of servicemen and their families in 1991 — 2014 are analyzed in the article. It was installed that the scientists of the humanities and military sci- ences engaged in research on this topic. The scientific publications which were illustrated were analyzing according to the problem-thematic principle. They can be divided into: works of general content that reflected the social protection processes of servicemen and their families in the context of the construction of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, studies on the humanitarian component of the so- cial protection system, works covering the implementation of the state policy of Ukraine in the material and social sphere of social protection; scientific works that reveal the state’s measures for social security for servicemen released for resignation or resignation. The works of historical, legal and socio-economic content take a great place in analysis of research.The scientific research dedicated to the social protection of the servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and their families are not marked by systematic historical analysis, are mainly fragmentary and highlight the legal framework for social protection of servicemen of independent Ukraine or the financial and economic aspects of the problem was proved. The authors of many publications considered the social protection of the servicemen and members of their families from the point of view of necessity of improving their financial situation. The aspects of the impact of social protection on the morale and psychological sta- tus of servicemen and the combat capabilities of military units stayed without attention of researchers.
