Results: 168 oral prescriptions and 83 external prescriptions contain 153 and 102 Chinese medicines respectively. Both internal and external prescriptions often use tonify deficiency medicine, blood-activating and Stasis-eliminating drugs, relieving exterior syndrome drugs and heat-clearing drugs. Warm or neutral in nature, pungent, sweet or bitter in flavor, the meridian of liver are the most frequently used. Systematic cluster analysis of high-frequency Chinese medicines for oral and external use yielded 6 kinds of drugs. 基于数据挖掘的黄褐斑内外用药特点分析
目的:探讨中药内服外用治疗黄褐斑的规律。方法:在中国知网数据库中,筛选一定时期内国内外有关黄褐斑临床治疗的文献。采用Excel 2013建立方剂数据库,并进行味性、经络性分析。采用SPSS统计学23.0进行聚类分析。结果:168个口服方剂和83个外用方剂分别含有153种和102种中药。内外方多用补虚药、活血化瘀药、解外证药和清热药。温性或中性,辛辣,甜或苦,肝经是最常用的。对高频中药内服外用进行系统聚类分析,得到6种药物。结论:黄褐斑的内外用药配伍有一定的规律性,可为临床用药提供参考。
