PAPÉIS E DESAFIOS DE MULHERES CIENTISTAS NO EMPREENDEDORISMO BRASILEIRO

Abstract

This work analyses through data obtained in literature, specialized domains in the internet, besides university and female experience, some factors that still contribute for the low presence of women in science especially on entrepreneurship areain Brazil. Furthermore, there will be a parallel to an area still little known for scientific activity: Biotechnology, whose regularization of academic formation (PL 3747/2015) is under way in the country's legislature. Some profiles and perspectives for an area of action were drawn, in order to show a problematic, but also to stimulate the presence of women in all the sectors presented here.
