Simulation and experiment investigation on hydraulic piloted control circuit

Abstract

The performance of the hydraulic piloted manipulation circuit has an important influence on the whole hydraulic system's characteristics. Simulation investigation on a hydraulic piloted control circuit based on AMESIM is carried out in the paper with consideration of the pressure reducing pilot valve's structure parameters, and then a test rig is established to study the characteristics of the circuit, experiment and simulation results are analyzed and discussed, the results show good effectiveness and validation of the simulation method.
