Virtual Reality Aided Tourism

Abstract

VR technology evolves rapidly and deserve greater attention in many field of our life, so in tourism as well. We introduce different ways for application of VR in tourism. We also highlight the key components of development process which contributes to the success of a VR project. Finally we present our VR application which implements a virtual tour on a Mediterranean tourist destination. Through the introduction of our project we explain the previously mentioned guidelines.
