Abstract
The polysaccharide in Pseudostellaria heterophylla (PH) were detected by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry combined with different processing methods. Different processing methods had a significant influence on the content of Polysaccharide in PH, especially the difference between evaporated prior to shade-dried products and other three samples. The sample had a large influence on the content of Polysaccharide by evaporating, and the sorting of the sample content after treatment of different processing methods is as follows: evaporated prior to shade-dried products>sun-dried products>oven dried products>shade-dried products. This study provided theoretical and practical basis for the processing and clinical application of PH.
