Abstract

Cloud computing services have spread widely. This impels cloud providers (CPs) to scale up their resources. Federated cloud has emerged as a solution where many CPs collaborate forming a single platform [2]. It offers several advantages including scalability, high availability, cost optimization, and improved QoS [1].
