Abstract

In this paper, we develop a study concerning the distributed generation of electricity using wind power. We propose a mathematical modeling and a simulation in MATLAB/Simulink of a wind generator with variable speed. The system considered is composed of a DC machine emulating the turbine, a permanent magnet synchronous machine making the base of the generator, in addition to a PWM power converter.
