Abstract

Background Morbidity and Mortality (M&M) conferences offer valuable opportunities for healthcare teams to improve patient care and provide professional learning. Unlike typical case reviews, M&M participants analyze cases with adverse outcomes and identify contributing factors. This audit and peer review process allows for improved professional development and patient safety.
