Nevertheless, the instinct of totally blind person is still needed for a better navigation. Abstract

VIP-READY: A Mobile Leisure Search Engine for Visually Impaired Persons Utilizing Gesture and Speech Recognition was developed to help the visually impaired. It is a navigation mobile application with speech recognition technology that is conceptualized and designed to assist visually impaired person on locating leisure and place they want to go to.
