Discrimination in Workplace: Madagascar and China

Abstract

The principle of equality is an essential principle in law, especially in human rights. It is regarded as a general principle of law and has a universal value. This paper pointed out challenges faced by Madagascar and China, regarding the issue of discrimination in the workplace. It is also an analysis of the existing labor legal framework in both countries.
