Work family conflicts in working mothers lead to more time-based conflicts and strain-based conflicts. Abstract

This study aims to describe the work family conflicts experienced by mothers working in garment production units in Pringapus District, Semarang Regency and to find out the reasons for working mothers to continue working in the public sector, as well as how to deal with work family conflicts experienced by working mothers.
