CONTAINER-WITHIN-A-CONTAINER TECHNOLOGY IN NURSERIES OF THE CENTRAL FOREST-STEPPE

Abstract

The article provides data on the use of the «Container in a container» system in a nursery located in the Central forest-steppe of Russia. Data on the growth in height and diameter of the studied variety Thuja occidentalis «Smaragd» showed better growth rates of experimental plants compared to the control. The "Container within a container" technology can be recommended for regions with hot and temperate climates.
