Available study of crisis management merely focuses on crisis management strategy. This study presents a guidance to identify crisis phases in da’wah institution of mosque and its strategy to overcome. It uses qualitative method for developing the crisis management design theory for this institution during the pandemic. Its result indicates the crises can be classified into prodormal, acute, chronic phases and resolution. During prodormal phase, the initial pandemic era, the mosque committees can pioneer online da’wah activities and fund-raising for da’wah operation through the mosque’s bank account. During acute and chronic phases, they can pioneer to hold da’wah based on the mosque’s zones and available cases around it. Online and face-to-face da’wah programs applying tight health protocol and limiting the number of participants are the technical ways to conduct da’wah during these phases. Abstract

Da’wah institution of mosque frequently experiences crises, especially during covid-19 pandemic, which affect its subject, purpose, programs, funding, and targets. 新冠疫情时期清真寺达瓦机构危机管理设计
