The bit-error rate characteristics of asynchronous FCSS/OCDMA are demonstrated by simulations in the presence of avalanche photodiode noise and thermal noise. Abstract
Optical code-division multiple access (OCDMA) using feedback-controlled spreading sequences (FCSSs) (FCSS/OCDMA) is presented.
