Consider the fact that non-linear of pixel movement in distributed video coding sequences, the neural network was designed and trained offline using different standard distributed video sequences to achieve generalization. Therefore, the neutral network was exploited to predict the GOP size of distributed video coding sequences, and the rate control method which could be adaptive adjusts the feedback time for blocks in frame was proposed.
