Reliability Modeling and Simulation Discussion Group

Abstract

Thirty-two people participated in this discussion group. Most of the participants are employed by companies for which IC reliability is an issue. Of these participants, 18 said that their company uses reliability simulation, while 11 said that their company does not. However, the 18 yes respondents noted that the use of reliability simulation is limited and the 11 no respondents said that they expect to use reliability simulation in the future. The participants were queried as to what features a reliability simulator should have. Popular responses are listed below.
