Abstract

The rapid expansion of a country's economy is heavily reliant on timely product delivery, which is severely inhibited by horrendous traffic congestion. Additional personnel are needed to accompany the delivery vehicle as it carries documents or records to a different location. With the introduction of self-driving vehicles, society will be confronted with a new set of dangers, including the ability of socially embedded forms of artificial intelligence to make complicated risk mitigation decisions, judgments that will have concrete life and death reper-cussions.
