Abstract

This paper describes the analysis and design method for a new biased rectifier amplifier (BRAM). The BRAM, driven by a high frequency square wave, employs a new self-biased circuit configuration. Applying the BRAM to a DC current detector makes it possible to obtain a highly accurate constant current DC-DC converter.
