With the rapid development of cloud computing, scheduling of computing resources is more and more important to cloud systems. Most of the existing researches concerned resource allocation as a problem of task scheduling which is a paradigm of cloud service. In this paper, we consider another paradigm that is user-oriented. In this case, users apply resources from the cloud according to their demands with time interval and amount of computing and we propose a scheduling algorithm based on spectral clustering method through converting the scheduling problem to clustering problem. Abstract
Cloud computing is a computing model based on Internet and computer technology.
