Abstract

As an important way to manipulate microfluidics, electroosmosis has attracted extensive attention of researchers at home and abroad. In this paper, the electroosmotic drive of double nanopore structure is studied. The two nanopores are set with opposite charges and the applied electric field is used. With the software VMD and NAMD2, MD simulation of the double nanopore structure gets realized in the work.
