Application Research of Recommendation Algorithm Based on K-Means Clustering and Feature Tree in Human Resource Information System

Abstract

In order to improve the efficiency of the human resources recommendation system, a K-means clustering algorithm based on the Spark platform is proposed to complete the human resources recommendation. Clustering speed; studied the information system development technology under the current big data background, and used SpringBoot, Mybatis and other technologies to build a human resource management system under the big data background.
