The results indicated that there was a relationship between human resources, information technology utilization, and transparent and accountable financial management. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the correlation between human resources, information technology utilization, and transparent and accountable financial management in all villages of Nanggulan Sub-district, Kulon Progo District. The objects of this study were six villages in Nanggulan Subdistrict. While the respondents involved the financial manager of the village: the Head of Village, Village Secretary, Head of Affairs, and Head of Finance Affairs. 人力资源、信息技术利用与透明负责的财务管理之间的关系:对日惹特区南古兰街道-库伦普罗戈区所有村庄的调查

本研究旨在确定库隆普罗戈区楠古兰街道各村人力资源、信息技术利用与财务透明问责管理之间的相关性。本研究以楠古兰街道6个村为研究对象。而被调查者涉及到村的财务经理:村长、村支书、事务长、财务长。本研究采用问卷调查的方法。采用SPSS统计软件进行数据分析，采用Spearman秩相关检验。结果表明，人力资源、信息技术的利用与财务管理的透明和问责之间存在关系。人力资源和负责任的财务管理之间的关系最为密切，因为村政府机构已经拥有执行这些职能和权力的知识、技能、态度和制度。
