A digitally encoded voice encryption system

Abstract

A highly secure voice encryption system is described. Digitized voice is combined with a pseudo random bit stream resulting in a third bit stream not related to original information. The design of hardware allows all necessary circuitry to be installed in hand-held portable radios, mobile, base station and repeaters.
