Abstract

. Rare clown beetles Saprinus calatravensis Fuente, 1899 (reported for the first time), S. maculatus (P. Rossi, 1792) and S. robustus Krása, 1944 (Coleoptera: Histeridae) were recorded in the Stavropol Krai (the area around the city of Stavropol, Mikhailovsk, Izobilnyi). The paper discusses details of the distribution and ecology of these species.
