Abstract

Summary. This article is based on a detailed pathomorphological analysis of pancreatic tissue, which was obtained as a result of performing a biopsy during surgery in patients with chronic pancreatitis at different stages of disease, with the subsequent determination of stageі of fibrosis of the pancreatic parenchyma, based on its morphological changes at the cellular level.
