The result of study showed that there were no member doing exercise three times weekly as programmed. The maximum exercise’s regularity was 15 weeks. There is no statistically significant effect of two times weekly exersices on reduction of blood presure compared to frequency of less than two times weekly. Reduction of blood presure will be occured if the exercise is conducted for more than 8 weeks continuously. Key words: Frequency, regular, exercise, blood pressure reduction
