The description of software development that will help in automation of the design processes for hybrid expert system Intellect-3was made based on the proposed algorithms. The existed functioning will be updated and a new module will be created in purpose to extend an ability of this module realization. There will be used a new stack of technologies which include .NET 6, C# 10 and ML.NET. It will help in creation a storage, which will collect all functional networks for a future use.
