There will be used a new stack of technologies which include .NET 6, C# 10 and ML.NET. It will help in creation a storage, which will collect all functional networks for a future use. Abstract

The paper considers the field of designing functional networks in human-machine systems based on the functional-structural theory. Current research is constructing an algorithm for generation structural and parametrical alternatives serial-parallel functional network. The description of software development that will help in automation of the design processes for hybrid expert system Intellect-3was made based on the proposed algorithms.
