بلغرای فی ضوء المکتشفات الجدیدة بحرم جامعة عمر المختار . Balagrae in the light of new discoveries at the campus of Omar al-Mukhtar University

Abstract

نتیجة لأعمال الحفر التی قامت بها الشرکة الترکیة لغرض انشاء مبنى اضافی بجانب المکتبة المرکزیة لجامعة عمر المختار اکتشف موقع اثری على عمق متر ، رغم تدمیر الآلات لسقف المبنى وکلف فریق من قسم الاثار بکلیة الآداب و مصلحة الاثار بالتنقیب فی الموقع و تقدیم تقریر علمی مفصل . تبین من خلال الحفری ات التی استمرت شهر تقریبا بان الموقع هو عبار عن مقبرة کلاسیکیة تقع ضمن حدود بلدة بلغرای بها غرفة دفن ذات ثلاث مصاطب محفورة فی الارض الصخریة کان موقعا للتوابیت ربما ترجع الى ما قبل القرن الثانی قبل المیلاد من خلال قطعة عملة و بعض الشقف الفخاریة استخدم الموقع للسکن فی فترات لاحقة بعد ازلت الثوابت و تحویر الغرفة. توجد امام الغرفة مساحة مکشوفة بها المدخل الذی یتم النزول الیة بواسطة مصطبتین من الدرج ویوجد فی الفناء صهریج لجمع میاه الامطار فی الزاویة الجنوبیة الغربیة للفناء . هذه المقبرة من النماذج السائدة فی قورینائیة وقد عثر على عدد من النماذج المشابه لها فی الاقلیم . واخیر قدم فریق العمل المکلف تقریر مفصلا أوجب الشرکة بإیقاف العمل و ترمیم الموقع وتغییر موقع المبنى الاضافی للمکتبة . As a result of the excavation work carried out by the Turkish company for the purpose of building an additional building beside the central library of the University of Omar al- Mukhtar discovered an archaeological site at a depth of a meter, despite the destruction of machines to the roof of the building and commissioned a team from the Department of Archeology Faculty of Arts and the Department of Antiquities to excavate the site and submit a detailed scientific report . . It was discovered in the excavations that lasted for about a month that the site is the expression of a classical cemetery located within the borders of the town of Balagrae  with a burial chamber with three terraces engraved in the rocky ground. It was probably a dating site dating back to the second century BC by a coin and some pottery Use the site to live in later periods after removing the constants and modifying the room.In front of the room there is an open area with the entrance which is descending by two stairs of the stairs and in the yard there is a collection of rainwater in the southwest corner of the courtyard. This cemetery is one of the dominant models in Cyrenaica  and a number of similar models have been found in the region. Finally, the team assigned a detailed report required the company to stop work and restore the site and change the location of the additional building of the library.
