The study's goals included determining how consuming sodium bicarbonate affected the levels of lactic acid, the LDH enzyme, and the unique endurance of female futsal players (strength endurance, speed endurance, performance endurance). The researchers collected data using a variety of instruments, techniques, measurements, and qualifying methods while also using an experimental design with two experimental groups and a preand post-test. Abstract
