The lesson system of problem oriented cooperation

Abstract

The method used by the authors to teach problem solving to electrical engineering students is outlined. The emphasis is on using different kinds of educational forms, e.g., lectures, experimental lectures, exercises, fieldwork, excursions, etc. The students show what they have learned through the presentation of a seminar paper which is presented for public discussion (colloquium) at which professors and other students or engineers from the industry are present.<>
