Metode Penelitian ini, jika dilihat tipenya maka penelitian empiris. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa Penegakan Hukum Terhadap Penjualan Pakaian Merek Palsu Di Pasar Senteral Kota Makassar kurang efektif karena Penyidikan Pelanggaran merek adalah merupakan Delik Aduan sehingga terkadang pemilik merek enggan untuk melaporkan adanya tindak pidana Penjualan Produk Pakaian merek Palsu tersebut. Dan Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya adalah Struktur hukum, budaya hukum serta kesadaran hukum masyarakat. \nThe purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the extent of law enforcement against the sale of fake brand clothing in the Makassar City Senteral Market and to find out and analyze the factors that influence Law Enforcement on the Sale of Counterfeit Brand Clothing in the Makassar City Senteral Market. This research method, if seen its type, is empirical research. The results of the study illustrate that Law Enforcement on the Sale of Counterfeit Brand Clothing in the Makassar City Senteral Market is less effective because the Investigation of Brand Violations is a complaint of complaint so that som.etimes brand owners are reluctant to report criminal acts of Sale of Counterfeit Brand Clothing Products. Abstract
Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis sejauh mana Penegakan Hukum Terhadap Penjualan Pakaian Merek Palsu Di Pasar Senteral Kota Makassar dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Penegakan Hukum Terhadap Penjualan Pakaian Merek Palsu Di Pasar Senteral Kota Makassar. Metode Penelitian ini, jika dilihat tipenya maka penelitian empiris. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa Penegakan Hukum Terhadap Penjualan Pakaian Merek Palsu Di Pasar Senteral Kota Makassar kurang efektif karena Penyidikan Pelanggaran merek adalah merupakan Delik Aduan sehingga terkadang pemilik merek enggan untuk melaporkan adanya tindak pidana Penjualan Produk Pakaian merek Palsu tersebut.
