Perceptual responses were collected from 159 healthcare SC professionals through an online survey and were analysed using partial least squares in SmartPLS 2.0.M3. Findings suggested healthcare agility and resilience to have a strong influence on sustainable healthcare performance. Further the moderating role of technology orientation was profound on agility → performance linkage. The moderating role of SC orientation was also found significant on resilience → performance linkage. Abstract

Agility and resilience are well known dynamic capabilities that aid supply chain (SC) firms to address customer requests and withstand disruptions in an adequate manner.
