Abstract

The present article has the objective to demonstrate that the information, besides of being one of the main rights of the consumer, is the most effective way to balance the legal relationship of consumption, regarding the consumer vulnerability. Nevertheless, we highlight the visually deficient consumer that, even with legal determinations, are put aside of the society, as a result of a considerable lack of information, that leads again to an unbalance of the relationships. Only with the effective respect of the law, through the duty to inform, and the right of being informed, one will have the real equality of the visually deficient consumers, having, then, balance and harmony in the consumption relationships
