Abstract

Investigations of the effect of lightning discharge on the electronic system by a car were fulfilled. We were considering the case of a direct lightning strike into the car cabin. In the work the electromagnetic environment in the car cabin and electromagnetic interference in the interface communication lines on the example of the “KAMAZ” vehicle were studied. Recommendations are given to reduce electromagnetic disturbance and increase the noise immunity of electronic devices.
