The objective of this article is to demonstrate the use of new technologies and of compliance for the management of the purchasing department with the purpose of reducing corruption and increasing the benefits in public and private corporations. To compose this review, a search was conducted between February and May, for scientific material related to the main tools of administrative management, through the databases: Google Academic. Articles with the full text available, in Portuguese, focused on compliance in procurement were selected. We chose articles published in the last 6 years, since there is a vast current literature on the subject. After initial reading of the abstracts that had a direct connection with the objective, 21 articles were selected to be read in full and to compose the structural body of this narrative systematic review. The organizations are increasingly connected, the information needs to be transparent, and the companies start to be monitored not only by the regulatory agencies but also by the whole society.
