Abstract
In this paper we proposed a new broadcast protocol AEBP (Adaptive Efficient Broadcast protocol) for delay tolerant network. By collecting the average neighbor node numbers and packet TTLs, AEBP can judge if a data packet should be broadcasted. Simulation result shows that AEBP can significantly reduce the packet transitions and achieve good data packet arriving rate. Thus the performance of the network can be improved by implementing AEBP
